"On the Horizon "

Life is not always sunshine.
There sometimes is rain.
There are times of misfortune,
and sorrow and pain.
Yet through weather so bad
comes the end of the storm.
There is sunshine again
and the weather is warm.
Though there sometimes is cold...
though the darkness is long,
in the course of due time
light will come to the strong.
Through the thunder and rain
keep a hope burning bright
for out on the horizon
there's sunshine in sight.
