"Peanut Butter Mini-Chip Cookies"
If your Dad likes peanut butter, he will love these
"Peanut Butter Mini-Chips."
These soft and airy peanut butter cookies have an extra
tempting balance of chocolate and dreamy richness.
Once you try these on Father's Day, you will probably
want to make them all of the time.
Peanut Butter Mini-Chip Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Peanut Butter (crunchy)
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
3 Cups All Purpose Flour
*1 Bag Semi-Sweet Mini Chocolate Chips (12 ounce
bag)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Mix blue ingredients together.
Run mixer on slow speed and add flower slowly. Add
approximately 3 cups of flour. Add the flour until the consistency of the dough will not
stick to your hands when rolling balls for cookies.
*Add about 3/4 of a bag (8 ounces) of mini semi-sweet
chocolate chips. Mix the chocolate chips in by hand.
Baking Directions
Bake cookies for 9-10 minutes at 350 degrees
fahrenheit.
Note to kids: Only try cooking with your parents'
permission. Get Mom to help if you can!
