Enjoy the fun and fireworks with some great tasting brownies. These soft and chewy brownies also have chocolate chips inside.

Brownie Chunks Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 Cup Shortening
2 Cups Granulated Sugar
4 Eggs
4 tsp Vanilla
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Salt
4 Tbsp Corn Syrup
3 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Bag Milk Chocolate Chips (12 ounce bag)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

Recipe is designed for a 13 x 9 inch pan.

Line a 13 x 9 inch pan with aluminum foil. Trim or fold foil around rim of pan. Foil will allow esay removal of brownies when they are cooked.

Scrape thick batter into the 13 x 9 inch foil lined pan and spread evenly. Pan should only be about half full.

Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for approximately 40 minutes. Brownies are done when a toothpick can be inserted and removed cleanly. Allow brownies to cool 30 minutes then remove from pan and cut into squares.

Note to kids: Only try cooking with your parents' permission. Get Mom to help if you can!
