"Ice Cream Topper Cookies"
Here is a treat made just for topping Ice Cream. This
soft and fudgy cookie makes your ice cream into a real treat. Break bits of these cookies
off as you have your ice cream for a soft and tasty dessert.
Ice Cream Topper Recipe
| Cookie Ingredients |

1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Chocolate Syrup
3 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
3 Cups All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
Crust Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
fahrenheit.
Grease a cookie sheet with shortening.
Make golf ball sized balls of dough and place on cookie sheet.
Flatten dough balls down to a thickness of about 1/2 inch in the cookie sheet
before baking.
Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 9-10 minutes.
Allow all cookies to cool.
When all cookies have been baked and cooled, lay them close together and flat
on several plates in preparation to recieve their topping.

1/4 Cup butter
1/2 Bag of Milk Chocolate Chips
Topping Directions:
Combine topping ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt butter and chocolate
in the bowl stopping the cooking every 30 seconds to lightly stir. Microwave time
will vary, but should take between 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
Immediately scoop melted chocolate onto all of the cookies with a spoon
(chocolate will begin to cool and harden within a few minutes so don't delay
topping the cookies).
