5 Cups Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Evaporated Milk
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp salt
1 Cup Butter
6 Ounces Marshmallow Creme
2 Bags Milk Chocolate Chips (two 12 ounce bags)
1/2 Cup Graham Crackers Crushed
1/2 Bag Mini Marshmallows (Approximately 5 ounces)
Step 1 Combine
the BLACK ingredients above into a mixing bowl and set
aside.
Step 2
Combine the GREEN ingredients into a second mixing bowl and
set
aside.
Step 3 Combine
BLUE ingredients into a saucepan. Stir continuously on high
heat. Bring to a gentle boil. Gently boil mixture for two minutes
while stirring continuously.
After two minutes of boiling, pour the mixture directly into the
mixing bowl in STEP 1. Stir contents immediately and continue
stirring until all chocolate chips and marshmallow creme is dissolved
and mixture is uniformly smooth.
When mixture is uniformly smooth, pour contents of STEP 2 (graham
crackers and mini-marshmallows) into the mixure.
Gently stir the
mixture only enough to spread the graham cracker crumbs through
the mixture.
Step 4
Line a 13 x 9 inch pan with aluminum foil. Pour hot mixture into
the
pan and spread evenly. Place pan into refrigerator to cool for 2 hours.
Cut into squares and serve.
